Pick-up/ delivery information will be arranged via email, messenger or phone after your order is placed.

Items normally ship USPS Ground Advantage.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item, you must return it within 7 days of receipt of purchase and credit will be given. Shipping costs on return items are at the customer's expense.
Payment
For local pick-up, payment is expected upon receipt of item. Venmo payments are expected at time of ordering. Payments made by Venmo will incur a 3% fee.
How big are the shells?
Most shells range in size from 2.5" to 4", but can vary in length.
Do you take requests for custom shells?
At this time, I am not accepting requests for custom painted shells.
Do these ornaments come with a gift box?
Yes, each shell is packaged in a brown kraft gift box.
